Founded in 2017, Vint Hill Solutions was born out of the belief that the traditional consulting model was outdated, inefficient, and quite frankly, failed to deliver truly sustainable results for Clients. The old, institutional way of consulting simply doesn’t work anymore. Companies, industries, and markets are constantly changing and evolving and require more innovative solutions than what the big consulting institutions can deliver.

So, we challenged ourselves to rewrite the rules and redefine consulting.

By ignoring the archaic idea that if you went to the right school, then you have to be great, we instead opened the aperture and identified people who truly believe in challenging the status-quo and have a passion for delivering results.
